Burning Man
Time Exposed Photo's
![]()
A strange thing happens every year when you try to tell people about Burning Man. You tell them that it happens out in the desert. And they get that. And you tell them that the place is built from nothing to the 3rd largest city in the state of Nevada in a few weeks. And they get that. And you tell them that there are not facilities out there other than what people bring. And maybe they get that. But then you try to tell them how magical it is at night... How totally ALIVE the place is; how colorful and noisy and brilliantly lit it all is. And they don't get that.
This year I again tried my hand at taking some TIME Exposed photo's of Burning Man at night. And this year the results were .. magical. In particular, CENTER CAMP, the camp at 6:00 on the clock dial from the Man (due South) and the lounge/cafe/entertainment space for 100's of people at any given moment; these pictures, in particular, turned out to be amazing.
